1. 專長及學歷：
【智慧機械】或【系統與控制】專長領域博士各一名(大學須為機械相關科系畢業)。
- 智慧機械師資可教授機械基礎技術、工程圖學、機械工程實驗等課程者優先考量。
- 系統與控制師資可教授應用電子學、訊號與系統、電子學實驗等課程者優先考量。
2. 應徵資格：應徵專任教師應具有下列條件之一：
- 最近三年應有二篇發表於SCI、SSCI、TSSCI、EI、A&HCI、THCI Core等級之期刊論文，且為第一作者或通訊作者。
- 最近三年至少應主持（限計畫主持人）二個科技部(原國科會)研究計畫。
- 最近三年平均每年應有一件國內外發明專利或國際級比賽獎項。
- 最近三年至少應主持（限計畫主持人）一件學界開發產業技術計畫、業界科專計畫或產學合作計畫，有具體成果可供審查。
前述期刊論文及科技部（原國科會）研究計畫，得相互折抵。

9. The Department of Mechatronic Engineering at NTNU invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions (assistant, associate or full professor). Appointments are to commence on August 1st, 2018. Applications are welcome from individuals with research experience in the traditional areas of mechanical engineering: solid mechanics, mechanical design, manufacturing technologies and control engineering; but preference will be given to the following areas: (1) Intelligent Machines, (2) System and Control.
10. NTNU is one of the most prestigious universities in Taiwan and is allied with National Taiwan University (NTU) and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST). The Department is located at the NTNU campus in Heping Road, in the center of Taipei. The University has a long standing reputation for research in education, but has expanded its focus and grown its Engineering faculty significantly in recent years. NTNU has a total of 26,000 students. The Department of Mechatronic Engineering at NTNU currently has 14 full-time faculty members, offering a full range of both undergraduate and graduate programs. The Department has currently 70 graduate students and 250 undergraduate students.
11. Job Description:
- Title: Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Mechatronic Engineering, NTNU.
- Vacancy: Two open positions
- Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have a PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely-related field from an accredited university.
- Preferred Qualifications: Evidence of strong potential for developing and sustaining a multi-disciplinary research program. Candidates should have demonstrated competency in teaching. Research and teaching experience in the areas of Intelligent Machines and System and Control is desirable.
- Responsibilities: Establish an outstanding research program. Attract external funding. Supervise students in their research projects. Teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. Ability to teach a wide range of courses in English is a plus.
